The home plan is ready and the adventure can start. Requesting quotes is a time consuming activity. Once again, I was calling a large contractor company and to my great surprise, the CEO answered my call. The friendly man listened carefully to my project. Based on my story, he selected his advisor with the best fit. Immediately after the call, I received a personal thank you email with the appointment confirmation and the contact details of the advisor.
Companies should start a dialog with their customers, listen to their needs and guide them through their decision making process. It’s important to find a way to build a personal relationship with your customers.
The constructor advisor felt that I was interested in his company but still doubting about the construction method. He invited me to visit their production space and a construction site. Furthermore, he send me on a regularly base non-commercial articles about my concerning topics.

I requested on the bricks website reference addresses in my neighborhood. There weren’t references available for two bricks, that’s why I asked if they could give me references elsewhere. The answer was: “Can you please tell me in what bricks you are interested in?”. I was not amused.
